Our premium Safe Application Vinyl Floor Glue is specifically designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. This exceptional adhesive is also perfect for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or other absorbent substrates such as concrete. By sealing capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, it significantly reduces the absorption of porous materials, ensuring a stable foundation.

This advanced formulation prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing durability. It dramatically improves the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring solid adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and eliminates common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be smooth, dry, free of cracks, oil stains, and chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or has large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or as needed for substrate absorption, apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimum reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
