Product introduction

This advanced adhesive is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is ideal for surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and other absorbent substrates like concrete. Our product effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

This ensures the moisture in the leveling layer is not absorbed by the substrate, thereby significantly enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or large sand shedding surfaces, shot blasting is required as this product is not suitable. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or according to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied..

>> After curing, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement..
