PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
PREPARE THE BASE SURFACE: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor. Remove all dust and debris with a mop. If any unevenness is present, apply self-leveling material to ensure a smooth and pristine surface ready for application.

STEP 2.
APPLY ADHESIVE: Utilize a scraper brush to uniformly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Allow a waiting period of 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from a white to a transparent state, signaling readiness for carpet installation.

STEP 3.
INSTALL THE CARPET: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying firm pressure. Use a rubber mallet to tap gently, or employ a pressure roller to ensure even adherence and a flawless finish.

STEP 4
ALLOW ADHESIVE TO CURE
The bonding strength of the adhesive develops within 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure optimal bonding, preventing bubbling or deformation. This method guarantees a long-lasting and durable carpet installation, simplified for your convenience.
