Product Construction Process

Clean the Base Surface: Thoroughly remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to ensure a smooth and pristine surface.

Step 2.
Adhesive Application: Use a scraper brush to apply the adhesive evenly over the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, indicating it is ready for carpet installation.

Step 3.
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying firm pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to roll for perfect adhesion.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive reaches optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. To maintain the integrity of the installation, refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This carefully engineered method ensures the carpet withstands weight without any bubbling or deformation, delivering a flawless finish.
