Technical Guidance
Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface. Thoroughly cleanse the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to ensure a smooth and pristine surface.

Step 2.
Adhesive Application. Utilize a scraper brush to evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Allow a waiting period of 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet placement.

Step 3.
Carpet Installation. Lay the carpet evenly and smoothly, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet for tapping or a pressure roller for an even roll.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
Allow the carpet adhesive to develop bonding strength in approximately 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for a full 12 hours. This method ensures the carpet withstands weight without bubbling or deformation.
