The K50 is effortlessly applied with a remarkable flexibility, achieving thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single, efficient application.
1. Rigorously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any lingering old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by expertly grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum meticulously to clear away residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure that the base remains dry and is completely free of puddles to maintain optimal conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results with unmatched consistency.
1. Following the thorough cleansing of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins its drying process (approximately 2-6 hours after application), you may commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth and devoid of lumps. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain desired thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within an efficient 10-minute window.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to meticulously eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains a robust shelf life of 6 months, ensuring quality preservation.
During transportation, it is vitally important to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any potential package damage, ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
