Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is immaculate: smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, and free of oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. This product is not suited for loose or severely sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal adhesion.

>> Adjust the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for maximum effectiveness.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied for superior results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate becomes ready for the seamless application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless and enduring finish.
