Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, meticulously engineered for wood flooring adhesive applications. Be diligent in replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters for optimal performance. The open time is influenced by the adhesive volume, ambient conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed and ready once it begins forming strings, indicating its readiness for flawless application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the employment of a B1 notched trowel is highly recommended. Consistently replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. Initiate installation when the adhesive begins string formation, ensuring superb transfer to the flooring's underside. During the process, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, and employ a cork board for precision in pressing edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Conduct a secondary roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, adhere strictly to Lan Guan's technical instructions, ensuring the lasting integrity of your flooring.
