Performance characteristics
Our LG9000 water-based adhesive exemplifies the pinnacle of innovation, tailored for floor decoration materials that demand exceptional elasticity and superior curing attributes, such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. It excels as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive on expertly pre-treated absorbent substrates. Moreover, this versatile formula adapts effortlessly as a gap-filling, pressure-sensitive adhesive, even on non-absorbent surfaces or pre-existing flooring installations, albeit within certain limitations.
When applying on non-absorbent substrates, the perfect window for flooring installation opens 20-50 minutes post-adhesive application. Marvel at its enduring adhesion, formidable peel and shear strength, and rapid curing time, all culminating in high curing strength. To guarantee optimal results, ensure the substrate is robust, impeccably smooth, dry, devoid of cracks, and entirely dust-free. On challenging surfaces-uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent-pre-treatment is key. Utilize LG180 Substrate Hardener or the LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to safeguard against substrate debonding, ensuring a flawless finish.
Installation Instructions
For seamless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel is your trusted companion, meticulously crafted for wood flooring adhesive. Make it a practice to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time hinges on several factors: adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive's readiness is signaled when it elegantly forms strings, heralding the moment to commence installation.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, we recommend employing a B1 notched trowel, with the notched bar being replaced every 100 square meters. Begin the installation as the adhesive gracefully transitions into string formations, ensuring it adheres firmly and transfers effortlessly to the back of the flooring. Employ a roller to meticulously press the entire installed surface, while a cork board ensures perfect contact at edges and corners. The goal is to achieve a flawlessly flat surface, devoid of any dead spots, allowing the flooring to achieve full adhesion. Return to roll the surface again after 20 minutes, following the expert technical guidance provided by Lan Guan to the letter.
