SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Initiate the process by thoroughly removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and residuals from previous coatings on the surface. This meticulous cleaning step is crucial for guaranteeing exceptional bonding and enduring performance.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground, ensuring the complete removal of any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step is essential to create a smooth and impeccable foundation for all subsequent applications.
3. Make certain that the base is perfectly dry and completely devoid of puddles, as the presence of moisture can severely affect the surface solution's integrity and adherence capabilities.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we highly recommend utilizing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This product ensures superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for substrates that are non-absorbent, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to guarantee outstanding adhesion and lasting durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin your project by ensuring the base layer is impeccably clean, allowing for exceptional adhesion. Choose a suitable primer that effortlessly absorbs into the base and begins drying within a concise 2-6 hours. Once the primer is set, prepare to apply our exclusive Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pure, untainted water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our unmatched self-leveling compound. Blend the mixture with a mixer until it achieves a perfectly smooth, lump-free consistency. Use a specialized notched trowel to evenly distribute the mixture, controlling the thickness with ease. Shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, gently glide a defoaming roller across the surface to efficiently remove any trapped air. Note: To streamline the application process, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the seamless transport of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure that the construction environment is maintained at a temperature ranging from 5°C to 30°C, with low relative humidity, to guarantee optimal performance of the material.
2. Follow the precise water ratio outlined in the product manual diligently. This accuracy is vital to maintaining the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, preventing any degradation due to incorrect water quantities.
3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avoid premature solidification, guaranteeing a smooth and effective surface finish.
4. During the application process, exercise utmost caution to avoid any material contact with skin or eyes, thus ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all.
5. During the critical curing phase, protect the surface from any heavy impacts and prevent exposure to water, thereby preserving the integrity and durability of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, far from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain its quality. During transportation, handle with care to avoid impacts and compression, ensuring the packaging remains intact and the product arrives in immaculate condition.
