Lan Guan K50 Commercial Self-Leveling Cement is an exceptionally engineered hydraulic hardening inorganic composite.

This advanced material is meticulously designed for leveling indoor floors, providing an impeccable base before the installation of vinyl flooring, sheet materials, and elegant wooden flooring.

It's expertly applied on robust substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar screeds, and durable stone tile surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish.

 

Application scope

Perfectly suitable for indoor spaces, serving as a seamless leveling layer before installing a range of exquisite flooring options, including PVC flooring, LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring, plush carpet, and SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring.

It is especially ideal as a leveling layer for indoor floor decorations where the surface requires a superior foundation to be covered with other high-quality decorative materials.

This self-leveling compound serves as an essential base layer material, with application thicknesses meticulously maintained between 2mm and 8mm for optimal performance.

The application thickness should not be less than 2mm and not exceed 8mm.
