SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously removing all oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and any lingering old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine, flawless start.
2. Smooth out the uneven ground by carefully sanding it, efficiently eliminating loose concrete and impurities to create an ideal foundation.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles, setting the stage for a seamless application.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, employing the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for treatment is advised to optimize the substrate condition.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: A precise balance of 40%-43% ensures optimal consistency and performance.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Preparation is key! Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose the optimal primer to ensure adherence. Once the primer has been absorbed and starts to dry-a process taking approximately 2 to 6 hours-initiate the self-leveling work. This careful timing guarantees the best results for a flawless finish.

2. In a container, begin with about 8 liters of pristine, clear water. Gradually add a 20-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a high-quality mixer until you achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Carefully pour the mixture, spreading it evenly while using a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Protect the expertly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds to maintain its quality.

3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, effectively expelling any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump capable of delivering 20 to 40 liters per minute is recommended. This ensures a seamless and efficient application process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature is meticulously maintained between 5°C and 30°C for optimal results, while also ensuring that relative humidity levels remain moderate for the best performance.

2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio detailed in the product manual when mixing. Deviation from this ratio by adding excessive or insufficient water may compromise the superior performance of the self-leveling cement.
3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material should be applied swiftly within 20 minutes. Delay in application may result in solidification, rendering the material ineffective for use.

4. Exercise caution during application to safeguard against the material inadvertently coming into contact with eyes or skin, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

5. Protect the surface during the curing phase by preventing impacts from heavy objects or exposure to water, thus ensuring a flawless finish.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, care should be taken to avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
