Installation Instructions
For seamless wood flooring installation, utilize a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesives, ensuring even application. Change the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. Determine the open time by considering the adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed for action when it begins to form strings, indicating optimal readiness for installation.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with notched bar replacement every 100 square meters for consistent application. Initiate flooring installation when the adhesive starts to string, ensuring it adheres effectively and transfers seamlessly to the flooring's back. When laying the flooring, thoroughly roll the installed surface with a roller, using a cork board to press down edges and corners. This ensures the entire surface is uniformly pressed, leaving no dead spots and enabling the flooring to fully integrate with the adhesive. Repeat the rolling process after 20 minutes. Adhere strictly to the technical guidelines as provided by Lan Guan to achieve optimal installation results.
