This adhesive is perfectly suited for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. By effectively preventing moisture from the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it dramatically enhances bonding strength, ensuring robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and completely eliminates pervasive issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. This product is not recommended for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adapt based on the substrate's absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple layers.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
