SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by thoroughly eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and aged coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine start.
2. Employ sanding techniques to even out the ground, expertly removing loose concrete and lingering impurities for a flawless finish.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring it remains completely free of puddles for optimal results.
4. For substrates that absorb, enhance adhesion with the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to prepare the substrate effectively.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to perfection. Choose the most suitable primer, and once it has been absorbed by the base layer and starts to dry (which typically occurs around 2-6 hours post application), you can commence the pre-work for the self-leveling process.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of crystal-clear water into a clean mixing container, then carefully add a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until you achieve a silky smooth and lump-free consistency. Pour out this perfectly mixed material and spread it evenly with precision, using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and harsh winds to preserve its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound starts to set, expertly glide a defoaming roller over the surface to expel any trapped air bubbles. Note: For optimal efficiency, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature within an optimal range of 5°C to 30°C, while ensuring that the relative humidity remains at a suitable level.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in our product manual to uphold the superior performance of the self-leveling material. Avoid the risk of performance degradation by neither overwatering nor under-watering the mix.
3. It is crucial to apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution and prioritize safety during construction to prevent the material from splashing into eyes or onto the skin.
5. During the curing period, ensure the ground is safeguarded from impacts by heavy objects and remains dry, avoiding any exposure to water.
TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, ensuring it is shielded from both direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging and maintain the product's pristine condition.
