K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface,
2. Grind the uneven surface to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eliminate remaining loose materials and dust,
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of any puddles,
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent for optimal results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance.
1. After meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of clean water to a container, gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application process within 10 minutes to ensure quality.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to remove any entrapped air. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for the efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When properly sealed, it retains its optimal properties for up to 6 months.
During transportation, ensure that the product is protected from collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
