Renowned for its impressive high strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound provides an impeccably smooth and robust foundation for floor installation. Its versatility extends to a multitude of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring a flawless surface every time.
1. Featuring exceptional fluidity, it effortlessly levels the ground to perfection,
2. enhancing the density, hardness, and uniformity of the underlying foundation,
3. minimizing porosity while boosting uniform absorption,
4. It dries rapidly and sets in a short time, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days,
5. With low shrinkage, it effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment.

In one seamless application, the K50 compound can be applied at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm, ensuring precise consistency.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface,
2. Grind the uneven surface to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eliminate remaining loose materials and dust,
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of any puddles,
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent for optimal results.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance.
1. After meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of clean water to a container, gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application process within 10 minutes to ensure quality.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to remove any entrapped air. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for the efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When properly sealed, it retains its optimal properties for up to 6 months.
During transportation, ensure that the product is protected from collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
