K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a clean base.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding, eliminate loose concrete and debris, and meticulously vacuum away loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles to prepare for application.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment is recommended; for non-absorbent substrates, LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable for optimal treatment.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring the optimal consistency and performance of the compound.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the pre-work for self-leveling to ensure a pristine surface.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 6 liters of clean water, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Distribute the mixed material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness with precision. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application process within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller over the surface to expel any air introduced during mixing. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to conveniently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. With a sealed package, the product maintains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity and reliability.
During transportation, carefully avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity and protection of the packaging.
