The quick-drying self-leveling mortar is made using special cement, fine aggregates, and imported brand polymer spray-dried powder resin, along with other cement additives. It is a high-fluidity, high-plasticity self-leveling foundation material suitable for heavy-duty commercial buildings, industrial applications, and similar environments.

THICKNESS
The quick-drying self-leveling material can be applied in a single operation with a thickness of 3 mm to 8 mm.
SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin with a meticulous cleaning process by thoroughly eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface. This comprehensive cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance for your subfloor.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to precisely remove all loose concrete and any embedded impurities, creating a perfectly smooth and flawless foundation that is ready for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as even minor moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, potentially impacting performance.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, crafted to deliver superior penetration and bonding. Alternatively, for non-absorbent surfaces, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to guarantee exceptional adhesion and remarkable durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin your project with precision by thoroughly cleansing the base layer, ensuring it is primed for flawless adhesion. Select the appropriate primer designed to penetrate and adhere effectively, initiating a drying phase of roughly 2-6 hours. As the primer sets, seamlessly transition into preparing to apply our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually add an entire 25-kilogram bag of our high-grade self-leveling compound. Utilize a mixer to blend until achieving an impeccable, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread the prepared mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Safeguard the freshly prepared surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to glide smoothly over the surface, effectively expelling any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a streamlined application, consider using a pump with a delivery capability of 20-40 liters per minute to ensure the self-leveling slurry is applied effortlessly and uniformly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction area between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity to ensure optimal performance of the material.
2. Adherence to the specified water proportions as outlined in the product manual is crucial. This precision guards against any degradation in the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound due to incorrect water addition.
3. To prevent premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a smooth and effective application to the surface.
4. Take necessary precautions during application to prevent the material from splashing onto skin or into eyes, thereby maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the vital curing period, shield the surface from impacts by heavy objects and refrain from exposing it to water, thus preserving the integrity and strength of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Preserve the product's quality by storing it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid impacts and compression, ensuring the product's packaging remains intact and the contents arrive in excellent condition.
