The K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its remarkable high strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion. These attributes ensure a smooth, solid foundation perfect for floor paving. It is perfectly suited for a variety of robust substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Boasting excellent fluidity, it automatically levels the floor surface with ease.
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation for optimal results.
3. Significantly reduces porosity, ensuring uniform absorption throughout the surface.
4. The quick-drying nature allows setting within days, readying the surface for grinding and decorative flooring placements within 1-2 days.
5. Low shrinkage characteristics safeguard against cracking during ground preparation.

In a single application, K50 can be applied to achieve a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to clear away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to ensure all loose materials and dust are removed.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and completely free from any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for optimal treatment.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is maintained at 26% for best results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing until smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application process within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Use a defoaming roller on the surface before the compound sets to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, it maintains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which could compromise the packaging integrity.
