K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind down any uneven areas to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to ensure the surface is dust-free.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment.
Ideal water-to-mortar ratio: 26%
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, choose the correct primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling preparation.
2. Into a container, pour around 6 liters of clean water, slowly integrating a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix until the blend achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly pour and spread using a notched trowel to manage thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the compound setting, deploy a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. For material transport, consider a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient self-leveling slurry conveyance.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding from direct sunlight and moisture. When intact, the product maintains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and compressions that may compromise packaging integrity.
