K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the application surface.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then use a vacuum to clear away all remnants and dust, ensuring a pristine base.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry, void of any puddles, to maintain optimal conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for proactive treatment.
The water to mortar ratio is carefully calibrated at 26% to achieve the ideal consistency and performance.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence preparations for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Evenly distribute the mixed material, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Ensure protection from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a strict 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any air pockets. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to transport the self-leveling slurry effectively.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the shelf life is a robust 6 months.
During transport, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
