SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface. This ensures a pristine foundation for your project.
2. Use sanding techniques to address any uneven areas on the ground, effectively removing loose concrete and impurities for an impeccably smooth base.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring it remains free of any puddles to provide the ideal conditions for product application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we recommend the application of our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal surface preparation.

Water to mortar ratio: 1:5 - For comprehensive quality and texture, our product expertly balances at a precise ratio of 1 part water to 5 parts mortar, ensuring a steadfast and durable finish every time.
APPLICATION
1. Start by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose the ideal primer for your needs, and allow it to absorb and dry into the base layer (this usually takes about 2-6 hours after application). Once ready, begin preparing for the self-leveling process.
2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Blend thoroughly with a mixer until the concoction is silky smooth and free of lumps or irregularities. Carefully pour the mixture and spread it uniformly using a specialized notched trowel to manage the desired thickness. Safeguard the mixture from harsh sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to glide over the surface, ensuring any entrapped air is efficiently released. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for effective transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, and ensure the relative humidity remains moderate to achieve optimal results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio specified in the product manual. Deviation from this ratio by adding excess or insufficient water can compromise the performance and effectiveness of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable and ineffective.
4. Exercise caution during the construction process. Avoid accidental splashes of material into the eyes or onto the skin to ensure safety.
5. During the curing period, take care to prevent the surface from being struck by heavy objects or being submerged in water to preserve the integrity of your work.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, avoid any collisions or compressive forces to prevent any damage to the packaging, thereby ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
