Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, the ultimate choice for flooring projects that require outstanding elasticity and unparalleled curing properties. This adhesive is meticulously engineered for use with materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, ensuring a perfect fit for your premium flooring needs. The exceptional versatility of LG9000 allows it to serve effectively as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formulation also permits selective application as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Embrace the smooth, reliable application process that ensures your projects achieve the excellence they deserve.
Transform your flooring installations with the superior performance of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Begin your installation process a convenient 20-50 minutes after applying the adhesive, taking advantage of its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, swift curing time, and robust curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, free of cracks and dust for optimal results. For particularly challenging surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, enhance surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Enjoy unsurpassed stability and performance that stands the test of time.
Installation Instructions
Ensure a seamless wood flooring installation by using a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesive. Remember to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters to maintain consistency. The open time of the adhesive depends on the amount applied, the prevailing weather conditions, and the absorption rate of the substrate. The adhesive is ready for application as soon as it starts forming strings, indicating its optimal readiness for use.
For the precise wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to use a B1 notched trowel. Ensure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to sustain quality. Initiate the installation process once the adhesive starts forming strings, which assures optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, and employ a cork board for pressing the edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Follow up with another meticulous roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, adhere strictly to Lan Guan's technical instructions, ensuring the utmost integrity of your flooring.
