SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously clearing away any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Smooth out any inconsistencies on the ground by sanding uneven areas, effectively eliminating any loose concrete and impurities, paving the way for flawless results.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, ensuring it is devoid of any puddles, to facilitate a seamless application process.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, we recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal surface preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose an appropriate primer that complements the base. Once the primer is absorbed and has started its drying process (around 2-6 hours post-application), you are ready to embark on the pre-work for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a container, pour about 5 liters of pristine water. Then, gently introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, stirring with a mixer until the blend is perfectly smooth and free from any lumps. Pour the prepared mixture and distribute it evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to ensure the precise thickness. Safeguard the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and vigorous winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate trapped air. Note: A pump boasting a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized for the efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between a precise range of 5°C and 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity remains optimal and not excessively high.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviating from this ratio by using too much or too little water may compromise the performance and effectiveness of the self-leveling material.
3. The freshly mixed self-leveling material should be applied within an optimal window of 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring the material remains usable and effective.
4. Exercise caution and prioritize safety during construction to prevent accidental splashes of material into the eyes or onto the skin.
5. During the curing period, it's crucial to prevent the ground from being impacted by heavy objects or exposed to water, ensuring a flawless finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the integrity of the packaging.
