K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings for optimal adhesion.
2. Grind away uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to remove all residual dust and materials.
3. Maintain the base dry, ensuring it is devoid of any puddles to prevent application issues.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the specialized LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for effective treatment.
Achieve optimal results with a precise water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring consistent performance and quality.
1. Once the base layer has been thoroughly cleaned, select the appropriate primer. Begin the pre-work for self-leveling as soon as the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the process within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, roll a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, it boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to preserve the integrity of the packaging.
