Installation Instructions
For a flawless wood flooring installation, using the B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive, is highly recommended. It is essential to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistent application. Adjust the open time by evaluating the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for use when it starts to form strings, ensuring maximum bonding efficiency.
When undertaking the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is the preferred tool, with a notched bar replacement every 100 square meters. Begin flooring installation as the adhesive starts to form strings, ensuring robust adhesion and transfer to the flooring's underside. During installation, thoroughly roll the entire surface with a roller and utilize a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring flawlessly flat adherence without dead spots. This enables complete bonding between the floor and adhesive. Reaffirm the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later.
