SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly eliminate all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Expertly sand the uneven ground, removing any loose concrete and impurities to create an impeccable, smooth surface.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of any puddles, setting the stage for flawless application.
4. For optimal results on absorbent substrates, apply the highly effective LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, utilize the specialized LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve a perfect treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select the appropriate primer tailored for your surface. Allow the primer to be thoroughly absorbed and commence drying, which typically takes between 2 to 6 hours. Once the primer is ready, initiate the preparatory work for applying the self-leveling compound.
2. Start by pouring approximately 5 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of our self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until the mixture achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour out the mixture, spreading it evenly. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure a flawless finish.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C to ensure optimal results. Avoid excessively high relative humidity to guarantee the performance of the product.
2. Adhere strictly to the water addition ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviations from the specified water quantity can significantly impact the performance and effectiveness of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes of preparation to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during construction to prevent accidental contact of the material with the eyes or skin, ensuring a safe application process.
5. During the curing phase, safeguard the surface from heavy impacts or water exposure to preserve the integrity of the installation.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its quality. During transportation, prevent package damage by avoiding collisions and compression.
