1. Begin by meticulously removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine starting point.
2. Carefully sand any uneven areas on the ground to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth and flawless surface.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring it is free of any puddles to avoid complications during the application process.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance your preparation by applying the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal substrate treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select the appropriate primer for your surface, applying it generously. Once absorbed and semi-dry (typically within 2-6 hours post-application), commence the foundational preparations for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a container, pour about 5 liters of pristine water, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Blend vigorously using a mixer until a consistent, smooth, and lump-free texture is achieved. Carefully pour out this expertly mixed compound, spreading it evenly with a specialized notched trowel to maintain precise thickness control. Ensure the mixture is shielded from harsh sunlight and gusty winds during this stage.
3. Before the compound begins its setting phase, employ a defoaming roller to smoothly glide over the surface, efficiently eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For larger applications, a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute capacity can be employed to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between an ideal 5°C and 30°C. It's crucial that the relative humidity remains comfortably low to ensure optimal results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as detailed in the product manual. This precision prevents any potential compromise of the material's outstanding performance due to incorrect water addition.
3. Once mixed, the self-leveling solution must be applied within a 20-minute window to avert premature solidification, ensuring the material remains viable for use.
4. Exercise caution throughout the application process to prevent inadvertent contact of the material with eyes or skin, ensuring utmost safety.
5. During the critical curing phase, safeguard the surface from any impact by heavy objects and prevent any water exposure.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, keeping it shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. During transportation, handle with care to avoid any collisions or compression that may compromise the integrity of the packaging.
