The K50 Commercial Self-Leveling Compound is a state-of-the-art, water-hardening inorganic composite, crafted from premium raw materials with a meticulous blend for optimal performance. Its exceptional fluidity facilitates swift and precise leveling of indoor floors, making it the ideal choice for preparatory leveling before the installation of various flooring solutions. Whether you're laying plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, or wooden floors, this compound ensures a flawless foundation.
The K50 Self-Leveling Compound stands out for its robust strength, minimal shrinkage, and superb adhesion, laying down a perfectly smooth and reliable substrate for floor applications. It is compatible with a wide range of solid base surfaces such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, making it an indispensable tool for construction and renovation projects.
1. Boasting superior fluidity, it effortlessly levels the ground
2. Significantly enhancing the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation
3. Effectively reducing porosity and optimizing uniform absorption
4. With its rapid drying and early setting properties, it permits the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days
5. Its low shrinkage characteristic prevents unsightly cracking during ground preparation

The K50 can be seamlessly applied in a single coat ranging from 2mm to 5mm thickness.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by a vacuum to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for best results.
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the suitable primer. Initiate the self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and drying (about 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kg bag of self-leveling compound, mixing until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and ensure the mixing and application is concluded within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for slurry transportation.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When sealed, the K50 offers a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
