K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by a vacuum to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for best results.
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the suitable primer. Initiate the self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and drying (about 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kg bag of self-leveling compound, mixing until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and ensure the mixing and application is concluded within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for slurry transportation.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When sealed, the K50 offers a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
