Our groundbreaking Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is ingeniously crafted to fortify cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing minor sand shedding and to strengthen aerated concrete block surfaces. This adhesive is exceptional for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and highly absorbent substrates like concrete. This highly effective adhesive masterfully seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly diminishing the absorption rates of porous materials.

By preventing moisture from penetrating the substrate through the leveling layer, it remarkably enhances the bonding strength between the leveling layer and the foundation. It guarantees robust adhesion, thus eradicating common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and conduct a thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and any oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio based on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For optimal strength and reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
