Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Start by thoroughly cleaning the floor to remove all dust and debris with a mop. If uneven, apply self-leveling material for a pristine, smooth surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Evenly spread the adhesive using a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet laying.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure thoroughly, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for securing it tightly.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure:
Gain full bonding strength within 3 hours. Avoid any foot traffic or work on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure it handles weight without bubbling or deformation.
