Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. This product may not reinforce loose or extensively sand-shedding surfaces. In such cases, opt for shot blasting. Always sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate prior to application for best results.
>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a precise ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption needs. Apply a single coat with a roller brush to achieve complete penetration.
>> For superior reinforcement results, multiple coats can be applied as necessary to ensure maximum strength.
>> Once curing is complete, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for an impeccable finish.
