Introducing the K50 Commercial Self-Leveling Compound, a water-hardening inorganic composite masterpiece crafted from premium materials with a meticulously balanced formula. This exceptional compound exhibits superior fluidity, swiftly creating perfectly level indoor floors. A versatile solution, it is the ideal precursor for a range of floor materials, including plastic, sheet, tile, and wood floors, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
Renowned for its formidable strength, minimal shrinkage, and superb adhesion, the K50 Self-Leveling Compound lays down a silky-smooth and steadfast foundation for any floor paving project. It effortlessly adheres to a variety of solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Boasting impressive fluidity, it autonomously levels the ground with precision.
2. Elevates the density, fortitude, and uniformity of the foundational layer.
3. Diminishes porosity while amplifying uniform absorption capabilities.
4. Quick-drying and early setting properties allow for the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials in just 1-2 days.
5. Its low shrinkage characteristic effectively prevents cracking in ground treatments.

The K50 can be flawlessly applied in a single layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm thick.
1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear away remaining materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, we recommend the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Blend using a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Distribute the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application process within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to smooth out entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is suitable for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product offers a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to safeguard the packaging from damage.
