SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Ensure the surface is impeccably clean by eliminating all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings. This prepares the ground for a flawless finish.
2. Expertly sand down any uneven areas to meticulously remove loose concrete and impurities, creating a perfectly smooth base for optimal results.
3. Maintain the base in a pristine state: it must be completely dry and devoid of any puddles, ensuring the self-leveling compound adheres perfectly.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to enhance bonding. On non-absorbent surfaces, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior preparation and finish.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select the appropriate primer and apply it to the base. Allow the primer to be absorbed and reach a tacky dry state, which typically takes about 2-6 hours. Once dry, you can commence the preparatory work for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean water. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves a silky smooth, lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixed compound evenly onto the surface, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to precisely manage the thickness. Ensure the newly mixed material is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to prevent premature drying.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface. This step is essential to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For optimal application, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is vital to maintain the construction environment temperature within the range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure the relative humidity levels are not excessively high to facilitate proper setting.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-mixture ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviating from these specifications by adding too much or too little water can significantly impair the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the blended self-leveling material promptly within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent accidental splashes of the material onto the skin or into the eyes, ensuring safety throughout the construction process.
5. During the curing phase, ensure the surface is protected from impacts by heavy objects and remains dry, avoiding any contact with water.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to prevent package damage by avoiding collisions and compression.
