K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind away uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear remaining loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; for non-absorbent substrates, LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised.
The precise water to mortar ratio is 26%.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Into a container, pour about 6 liters of clean water, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application process is completed within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, employ a defoaming roller on the surface to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to safeguard the integrity of the packaging.
