K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.

2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to eliminate all loose materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any puddles to ensure optimal application conditions.
4. For substrates with absorbent properties, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for best results.
Achieve the perfect consistency with a water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring ideal application and performance.
1. Thoroughly clean the base layer and select the appropriate primer. Upon absorption and partial drying of the primer (typically 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the preparatory steps for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing thoroughly with a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free texture. Spread the mixture evenly with a notched trowel to maintain precise thickness. Protect fresh material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Utilize a defoaming roller to smoothly expel any entrapped air before the compound begins to set. Note: Employ a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute delivery capacity to efficiently handle the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safely away from direct sunlight and moisture. Sealed storage extends its shelf life to 6 months, preserving its quality and effectiveness.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
