K50 self-leveling compound is distinguished by its impressive strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, ensuring a pristine and robust foundation for flawless floor installation. Ideal for a variety of solid substrates, it excels on concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, offering unparalleled performance.
1. With outstanding fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels the ground to perfection
2. Enhancing the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation dramatically
3. Significantly reducing porosity and boosting consistent absorption
4. It dries with remarkable speed and sets rapidly, enabling grinding and the installation of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days
5. Minimal shrinkage effectively prevents unsightly cracking during ground preparation

K50 can be applied with precision from a thickness of 2mm to 5mm in a single application, achieving seamless results.
1. Eliminate all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface meticulously.
2. Grind any uneven areas to remove loose concrete and debris, then thoroughly vacuum to ensure all loose materials and dust are eradicated.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring it is entirely free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is advisable to use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 26% - precisely balanced for optimal results.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Pour roughly 6 liters of pristine water into a container, gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until a uniformly smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Distribute the blended material evenly, employing a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and gusty winds, completing the mixing and application process within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, roll a defoaming roller over the surface to expel any entrapped air. PS: A pump delivering 20-40 liters per minute is advised for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, it offers a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality.
During transportation, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
