K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the subfloor surface.
2. Grind to smooth out uneven surfaces, removing loose concrete and dust via vacuuming.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of puddles for optimal bonding.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based interface treatment agent; non-absorbent ones require LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio is set at 26% for perfect consistency and application results.
1. After a thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. When the primer is absorbed and drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), begin pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly adding a 25kg bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until a lump-free, smooth mixture is achieved. Pour and evenly spread with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and wind, completing mixing and application in 10 minutes.
3. Before setting, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any air bubbles. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and humidity. The product has a 6-month shelf life when sealed.
Ensure careful handling during transportation to avoid package damage by preventing collisions and compression.
