K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface, ensuring spotless preparation.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris. Follow with a thorough vacuum to remove all residual materials and dust for a pristine base.
3. Maintain a dry base with no puddles, critical for effective application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent ones, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal results.
Achieve optimal results by maintaining a water to mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring perfect consistency.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), begin self-leveling pre-work efficiently.
2. Gradually pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Carefully spread the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, protecting it from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can greatly aid in the transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, it maintains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity.
During transportation, it is vital to avoid collisions and compression to prevent damage to the packaging, ensuring the product's integrity upon delivery.
