K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Completely remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface.
2. Even out irregular surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear dust and remaining materials.
3. Ensure the substrate remains dry and free of any puddles to guarantee optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, choose the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure the best preparation.
For optimal performance, adhere to a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. After diligently cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), you can proceed with the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Apply the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. Protect the freshly applied material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing both mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capability of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed appropriately, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to prevent collisions and compression to avoid damaging the packaging.
