The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a superior quality water-hardening inorganic composite material crafted from premium raw ingredients and expertly proportioned. This remarkable compound boasts exceptional fluidity, enabling it to effortlessly and swiftly level interior floors to perfection. It is the preferred choice for leveling floors before the installation of diverse flooring materials, including plastic, sheet, tile, and wooden flooring.
Celebrated for its high strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound delivers a flawless, robust base for seamless floor laying. It is perfectly suitable for a wide range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring a smooth and sturdy foundation every time.
1. Exhibiting superior fluidity, it autonomously levels the ground for optimal results
2. Significantly enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation
3. Minimizes porosity while boosting uniform absorption capabilities
4. Rapid drying and early setting allow for the grinding and laying of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days
5. Low shrinkage effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment

K50 is versatile, allowing for application from 2mm to 5mm thickness in a single coat.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind any uneven areas to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended. For non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Water to mortar ratio is precisely 26% for optimal consistency and performance.
1. After meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (around 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until smooth and lump-free using a mixer. Distribute the mixture evenly, controlling thickness with a specialized notched trowel. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application process within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the compound starts to set, use a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
