Performance characteristics
Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, the ultimate choice for flooring that requires unmatched elasticity and advanced curing properties, expertly crafted for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. This extraordinary adhesive is engineered with versatility, capable of serving as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its innovative formulation allows for selective use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, providing seamless and reliable application that elevates your projects to new heights.
Enhance your flooring projects with the unrivaled capabilities of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Begin your installation conveniently 20-50 minutes post-application, reaping the benefits of its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, rapid curing speed, and superior high curing strength. Ensure your substrate is sturdy, smooth, dry, and free of cracks or dust. For demanding surfaces such as uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent ones, strengthen the surface with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Immerse yourself in unmatched stability and outstanding performance.
Installation Instructions
Achieve a perfect wood flooring installation using the B11 notched trowel, specifically engineered for wood flooring adhesive. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure consistency. The open time depends on the adhesive volume, weather conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready to be applied once it starts forming strings, indicating its ideal state for use.
For the precise wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is recommended for optimal results. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain performance. Begin installation when the adhesive forms strings, ensuring perfect transfer to the flooring's underside. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Follow up with a second roll 20 minutes later. For detailed guidance, follow Lan Guan's technical instructions, reinforcing the integrity of your flooring installation.
