TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
PREPARE THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly clean dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor surface is uneven, employ self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and immaculate base.

STEP 2.
APPLY THE ADHESIVE: Utilize a scraper brush to spread the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Wait 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to shift from white to transparent before proceeding to lay the carpet.

STEP 3.
INSTALL THE CARPET: Position the carpet evenly, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet for tapping or a pressure roller for smooth rolling.

STEP 4
ALLOW THE ADHESIVE TO CURE
The adhesive achieves bonding strength in 3 hours; hence it's crucial to avoid any traffic or activity on the carpet for 12 hours. This ensures durability against weight without bubbling or deformation, maintaining an impeccable finish.
