K50 offers versatile application, allowing a seamless layer from 2mm to 5mm thickness in a single application.
1. Eliminate all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to prepare the surface.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to remove any loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to clear away loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of puddles for optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal substrate preparation.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for best performance.
1. After meticulous cleaning of the base layer, choose an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Pour the blend evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to ensure consistent thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller to remove any entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is ideal for transporting the self-leveling slurry effectively.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, enjoy a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent collisions and compression that could damage the packaging.
