SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously removing unsightly oil stains, bothersome dust, unsightly loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings that may be lingering on the surface. This crucial step ensures a pristine canvas for application.
2. Sand away the problematic uneven ground with precision to eliminate loose concrete and undesirable impurities. This prepares a flawless foundation for your project.

3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and completely devoid of any lingering puddles, promoting optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend the use of our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for superior preparation. Meanwhile, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice, ensuring exceptional treatment and readiness for the next steps.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring it is completely free from debris. Select an appropriate primer that suits the base layer for optimal results. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry-typically within 2 to 6 hours-initiate the pre-work phase for the self-leveling process.

2. Pour approximately 5 liters of pristine, clean water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing with a mechanical mixer until the solution achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Carefully pour out the blended material and spread it evenly across the surface using a specialized notched trowel to meticulously control the thickness. Ensure the newly mixed material is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.

3. Before the self-leveling compound starts to set, utilize a defoaming roller to traverse the surface, effectively expelling any trapped air within. Note: For transporting the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute is recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a controlled temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity remains moderate to avoid any adverse effects.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as specified in the product manual. Deviations may compromise the performance of the self-leveling compound. Ensuring balanced water content is key to success.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.

4. Exercise caution during the application process, taking care to avoid splashes that may contact the eyes or skin, ensuring a safe working environment.

5. During the critical curing phase, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and prevent any exposure to water to preserve the integrity of the installation.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could damage the packaging and affect product quality.
