K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer
1. Ensure a pristine surface by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings.
2. Smooth out rough surfaces through grinding, removing loose concrete and debris, and vacuum thoroughly to clear all dust and loose material.
3. Maintain the base dry and free from water accumulation for optimal application.
4. For absorbent bases, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment. For non-absorbent bases, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure optimal surface treatment.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal consistency and performance.
1. Post thorough cleaning, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer has penetrated and begun to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour around 6 liters of pure water into a container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly until smooth and lump-free, then spread evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application in under 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound cures, use a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters/minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated environment, shielding from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product maintains optimal quality for 6 months.
During transit, care must be taken to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
