The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a cutting-edge, high-performance water-hardening inorganic composite material. Expertly crafted from premium raw materials and meticulously formulated, it boasts extraordinary fluidity that ensures flawless indoor floor leveling with exceptional precision. This adaptable compound stands as the ultimate choice for pre-leveling prior to installing a wide array of floor coverings, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
Renowned for its robust strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound provides a seamless, solid foundation perfect for floor installation. It is exceptionally well-suited for an array of solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Offers unparalleled fluidity that instinctively smoothens and levels the ground.
2. Dramatically enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation.
3. Efficiently reduces porosity while encouraging even absorption.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting, allowing for the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials in as little as 1-2 days.
5. Exhibits low shrinkage properties to guard against cracking during ground preparation.

The K50 can be applied effortlessly at a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces by grinding to clear loose concrete and debris, then vacuum away remaining materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Maintain a water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance.
1. After fully cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, finishing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to remove any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent package damage.
