SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Meticulously cleanse the surface by eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings. Ensure a pristine base for optimal results.
2. Expertly sand the uneven ground to eradicate loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth and immaculate surface.
3. Maintain a dry base, meticulously ensuring it is free from any puddles or moisture to enhance adhesion and performance.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, it is highly recommended to utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For those with non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to achieve superior bonding and treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: A carefully calibrated range of 40% to 43% ensures the perfect consistency for optimal application, providing a seamless finish and rapid setting for your flooring needs.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your project with a pristine base layer by meticulously cleaning it. Once your base is ready, choose the perfect primer to match the task at hand. Allow the primer to be fully absorbed and to start drying, usually within 2 to 6 hours post-application. With the base perfectly prepped, you're ready to embark on the self-leveling application journey.

2. Pour approximately 8 liters of crystal-clear water into a mixing container. Gently introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound and mix thoroughly with a quality mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. After mixing, pour out the compound, ensuring an even spread, and master the thickness with a specialized notched trowel. Protect this expertly blended material from harsh sunlight and powerful winds to guarantee optimal results.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, artfully maneuver a defoaming roller across the surface. This crucial step eliminates any trapped air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: For efficiency, consider using a pump capable of delivering 20 to 40 liters per minute to seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. To ensure optimal application results, maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C, while keeping the relative humidity at a suitable level to facilitate the best working conditions for our Self-Leveling Cement with Rapid Setting for Efficient Floor Solutions.

2. For unparalleled performance, strictly adhere to the water-to-product ratio as specified in the product manual. This precision prevents any compromise in the quality of the self-leveling material, ensuring a flawless finish.
3. The expertly mixed self-leveling material must be applied within a succinct 20-minute window. This prompt application is crucial to avoid any premature solidification, preserving the material's usability and effectiveness.

4. Prioritize safety during construction by taking precautions to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or onto the skin. Adhering to this ensures a safe and smooth application process.

5. During the critical curing period, safeguard the surface by preventing impacts from heavy objects or exposure to water, securing the integrity and longevity of the newly leveled floor.

TRANSPORTATION
For optimal preservation, store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care, avoiding collisions and compression, to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
