K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the substrate to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Smooth any uneven surfaces through grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear away residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free of puddles to provide an ideal surface for application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and results.
1. Post thorough cleansing of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Introduce approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, and gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing with a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth and free from lumps. Spread the mixture evenly employing a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Take note: a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielding it from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, retaining its efficacy and quality.
During transportation, take careful measures to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any potential damage to the packaging.
