K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to prepare for optimal application.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust, ensuring a clean and fine-tuned base.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of puddles to prevent any application issues.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure optimal surface treatment and adhesion.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal results, achieving the perfect consistency for superior application.
1. After meticulously cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling pre-work to set the foundation.
2. Pour around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to meticulously control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes to ensure a quality finish.
3. Before the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air, ensuring a flawless surface. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry, streamlining the application process.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, carefully protected from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains its optimal quality with a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-term reliability.
During transportation, it is crucial to avoid collisions and compression to prevent package damage, safeguarding the product's integrity.
